Our second time with Oceania (first was Panama Canal), and we will no doubt cruise again with them. Enjoyed Marko on Insignia so much, always helpful, delightful and one of the most organized Wait Staff Members we have had, and Helena, our forever smiling and lovely Sommelier, she glows! Our Lovely Hostess (not sure of her name), always professional with a flare for providing such care for the Insignia guests.

Chef always provided his guests with innovative and delicious meals. The Terrace Cafe Buffet is always excellent with its variety of choices, (best bacon and scrambled eggs!), The Grand Dining Room is always a wonderful experience with amazing Hostess, Wait Staff, and Sommeliers. The speciality restaurants are always a treat for another enjoyable experience for excellent dishes and Staff.

One Hundred Percent the waiters and support staff were always friendly and helpful, always with a smile...well oiled team! Our room stewards were equally as friendly, calling us by name, and provided us with the most wonderful cleaned room and bathroom. All ship personal are friendly, helpful, bend over backwards to make all guests feel special.
