I won't be taking cruises anymore and will post my outrageous bill on FB to help my friends.

Our party of 11 (9 family members of 3 generations plus 2 adult friends) loved it! As our family's hosts, we were deeply satisfied. It was a big investment for us, and it was totally worth it. The sailing was rougher than we expected, however, and our two young adult sons spent most of one sea day in their cabins, despite heavy medication. Still, they are eager to do it all again! Royal Caribbean does cruising so well, we can't imagine any better.

The over all staff was amazing.... honestly amazing. Lorenzo in the Champaign Bar made everyone feel like family..... The restaurant servers were very accommodating. Love the towel animals..... lol.... The pool staff made sure we had everything we needed. However, we had a incident where our A/C stopped working on an inside cabin, not once, but 3 times and the guest services rep was not willing to assist us, moving to a new cabin etc. until we had to be forceful. Which is not how it should be. She told us wait to see if they can fix it. The second time was at 11 pm. The last night it happened again. I truly want to focus on the positives here..... but this was my first cruise on Royal Caribbean, my spouses birthday gift and birthday celebration, since we were on the boat for their actual birthday. And all I can think about is the experience with our cabin....... I would recommend this cruise. I just hope someone from Royal Caribbean reads this and shares this experience with the necessary parties so this does not happen to someone else.

We had fun and plan on doing another family Christmas cruise in the future.

The ship is great, our family loved it, it is well maintained and the crew members are very friendly. overall great experience.

I will think very hard about using this cruise line again. They changed so much with even the movies etc. after they changed our port. I understand about the weather change. It didn't make since to have so much of the rest of the itinerary change on the ship.

Always enjoy Royal Caribbean. Looking forward to sailing on some other ships.

Did not get to enjoy everything on the ship. And the food was not good at the speciality diners or the main dinner.

We really enjoyed our time on the Independence of the Seas. We've actually booked for next year.

Over all, fantastic. Did receive my pre paid drink package cup until bed time on Amdahl one of cruise. Asked several, but no cup. But, I did finally get one. All else was perfect. Just what we needed and hoped for.

Other than slow room service and a suite with a Way too small shower stall, and room temperature you couldn't really control, a great cruise and ship.

RC Freedom Class Ships are the best on the High Seas! And now with the first "Amped" upgrade to Independence, their even better !!

My husband and I really enjoyed our cruise. The only thing we did not like was the hours of the Windjammer. It didn't seem to be open when we wanted a bite to eat outside of the main dining room. Johnny Rockets served something that looked like hamburger but did not taste like it. We loved the hibachi restaurant and the service. Looking forward to our next cruise

Can’t say enough good things about our waiter and assistant waiter for dinners each night. Also our room attendant was very accommodating . All staff with exception to one front desk clerk, was over the top with excellent customer service and couldn’t do enough for us!

I enjoyed the cruise and the amenities. Labadee was too cruise-line oriented.

Overall this was a great expierence! The staff was fantastic and ill be returning!

Awesome Western Caribbean cruise. Every aspect was great

This was our 23rd transatlantic, 3rd on Independence. Although the ship is more crowded than Celebrity Eclipse with some questionable dress codes (too much bare flesh in elevators and Windjammer) the overall atmosphere was jolly and relaxed. We appreciated the informal format of the Diamond Lounge Happy Hour and the MyTime dining arrangements.

It exceeded my expectations and I'm recommending this cruise and Royal Caribbean to all my friends and family.

Absolutely the BEST cruise. The food was fantastic, the service top-notch, the room was spotless, really everything was wonderful. Only thing is the drink package is too expensive, but we really did enjoy it!
