Review summary

I will think very hard about using this cruise line again. They changed so much with even the movies etc. after they changed our port. I understand about the weather change. It didn't make since to have so much of the rest of the itinerary change on the ship.

Fitness center was over crowded and the staff let children in the facility under age.

Show's were good! The movies that had scheduled were changed and I had some very upset teens.

They ice skating was filled up fast even if our kids were there when they needed to be to sign up. This was poor planning on the staff.

We didn't go to Cozumel!!!!! They took up to Haiti instead. It wasn't that great of a time for us. We had to buy excursions when I already bought from a sight in Cozumel and they refuse to give me a refund!

I don't think cruising is for you. You need a vacation that is more predictable and less susceptible to changes.
