We had a great time. We took a cruise 10 years ago on Explorer of the Seas. Staff was wonderful. Dinners could use a little work but the head waiter took all of our comments. Coco Cay was beautiful and releaxing. The Windjammer cafe could use furniture updating and the Schooner lounge too. Will definately cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

Over all it was great only thing that could have been better was the food even in the dining room

This was our first cruise! We really had a wonderful time… First of all the people are so nice and helpful. Then the food was delicious and always available somewhere! There was plenty to do to keep us busy and we also took plenty of naps! Didn’t love Nassau, but CoCo Cay was great! The entertainment was fun! This is a beautiful ship, smaller than some others that were in port with us, but I loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Es un crucero de solo 4 noches pero se pasa super bien y se disfruta mucho y claro se come mucho. It is a cruise of only 4 nights but you have a great time and you enjoy a lot and of course you eat a lot.

My wife and I had an excellent time celebrating our anniversary with our first ever cruise! We really enjoyed the ship, and CoCo Cay exceeded all of our expectations! Everyone was so helpful from our stateroom attendant to the my time dinner reservation hostess. We can't wait to book our next cruise!

Started out badly due to up-sale by HGV cruise agent, but saved again by Royal Caribbean's great staff like: Okli, Housekeeping (meeting our every personal need), Shuya, Diamond Room Concierge (always looking out for us), Iwayan, Waiter, Suraj, Assistant Waiter and Windjammer Waiter (making our dinner the greatest experience - like a 5 star resturant), Japaeth and Joy in Beverage (for fun making island cocktails - great class). Thanks to Sojourn for the awesome games and activities - trivia is fun, too. I wanted to take time to thank the Casino staff, I should have gotten all their names, but especially those that worked the Craps tables were outstanding! I watched them assist an elderly man, make change, ensure his bets were exactly what he wanted. The guest was having difficulty these staff members all helped him and showed great patience - even though the pace of play can be overwhelming at times. A special thanks to Esmeralda in the Casino for always helping not only the guests, but also her fellow crew members that would occasionally get a bit overwhelmed with the numerous bets going on. She helped us all have a great time at the crap table. Amazing how she can remember everything going on at once. Truly a skill. On Independence specially appreciate the designated smoking areas (so we could avoid them), and the mess walking mats on the pool deck - great idea! Loved the get together Q&A with the leadership team. Fun and informative. Bad start - ended beautifully in true Royal fashion.

It was an almost perfect 60th birthday. Happy I went! Happy I found a sale where the solo penalty wasn’t so horrible I was able to get a balcony. I loved my balcony!!

This was a great getaway and way to get back into cruising. The ship and clean and easy to navigate.

Overall this was a great cruise. Fantastic food and great service. I would not recommend getting off the ship in Nassau unless you are going on an excursion.

Overall- not a cruise I would like to take again. Save your money and upgrade to celebrity.

best time ever i wish i did not have to come home and stayed a little longer

My biggest issue with the boat was the food. If you didn't eat at that specific time your forced to eat pizza and wait in a long line because it's the only food available! The food in the main dining was disgusting. If you don't make reservations for it before you get on the ship get ready for mediocre buffet food.

Nice weekend getaway for Central FL residents. Coco Cay is spectacular. No need to rent stuff ahead of time as there was plenty of seating options, especially on South Beach which we really enjoyed. Food was average. Not much variety.

Had a great time. Would do it again. The cruise director was awesome.

We had a great time sailing with Independence of the Seas. The crew works their tails off, and we had a fabulous Stateroom Attendant, Renaldi. The Captain, Gus, was very friendly and we actually had the opportunity to meet him during the cruise. We really enjoyed the opportunity to relax and do nothing on some days, but also have adventure and entertainment on other days.

The experience was great thanks to the staff. Would love to do this trip again.

The Covid Test info on the website should have been more clearer! For the most, People are vaccinated! There should have been bolded words to navigate people who were immunized and people were not immunized! The fee for Covid test I was forced to pay (b'z my test was 72 hr early than 48 hr) was Mere BS! The ladies that were testing barely took any mucus from our nose! Of Course the specimen will give negative test for ALL the people. It was a scam to get more $$ from passengers.
