Review summary

Very disappointed with this cruise especially with paying for an upgrade. Food not much better than McDonalds. No backup activities in case of rain or other weather conditions, Captain never introduced himself or appeared in public

Ship was constantly being cleaned 24hrs a day. At time very long wait time for elevators. Need better accommodations for wheelchairs and electric scooters. Promenade difficult to navigate due to large crowds blocking the area.

Very confusing for wheelchair and scooter disembarkment. Directed to 2 different areas to disembark. Long wait time to get off which is very uncomfortable.

Buffet is pretty much the same food every day. Go to the dining room for variety. I’m not sure how you think it can be better for wheelchairs and scooters. There is only so much room. Majority of people are walking so it is not easy for them either.
