Having been on several Disney cruises, this was our first RC cruise. We had always heard the food was a drop off from Disney, but that was not our experience. The buffet and main dining room meals were phenomenal and some of the best meals we have ever had. Jeffrey on the Independence was absolutely great in every way.
Onboard Activities

All six of us split up into our own activities. The days at sea were great. Zero complaints. Wonderful weather and unbelievable staff everywhere.

We attended several different shows, trivia, bars, and activities. All were very well done.

Our youngest child was in the teen club. But they had a great time.

Top notch. Having gotten my wife and I the drink package, it was absolutely worth it. We took total advantage of it the most we could, and I dont think I we ever had to wait for a drink. The drinks were all made perfectly and the pool staff were always there to get you a refill. I was amazed how many orders they could take at once and never mess them up. That was beyond impressive. Additionally, our room stewards were great. Everything was very clean and tidy. The 4 kids did not make it easy for them as they are very cluttered like most people their age, but they still did an unbelievable job. Kids were in 2284. My wife and I were in 2310.

If you have ever considered a cruise, absolutely go on this ship. We definitely plan to go again.
