The ship was great. I am unhappy with the travel agent. I requested connecting rooms, instead, my family was on separate parts of the ship; 6th and 9th floor. Being that far away from my children and husband was unsettling.

Overall it was nice. It was unsettling to be placed on different floors than my family although I requested connecting rooms at the time I booked and paid.

My son left an item in his room. We asked to retrieve it and was told no. We waited 45 for someone to bring it to us, but no one ever showed up.

If you went with the travel agent then he or she is definitely at fault. In the future if you need connecting rooms make sure you book a connecting room. Requesting a room is not a guarantee similar to a hotel request or taken into consideration but it is never guaranteed.

Yeah next time I would verify what your room numbers are. They should be able to tell you if they booked directly.

Did you specifically BOOK connecting cabin numbers? Or did you book guarantee cabins and only REQUEST they were connecting?
