Disappointed by Chops experience, service attention poor by waitstaff, summoned manager to get water and a glass of wine, soup served without dpoon, no checking on our course satisfaction. Highlight was absolutely chef table!!!! Worth every penny and ideal for special occasion!

Carpets cluttered with some paper when we boarded at 1pm??? Otherwise we'll maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Good space. No glasses in bar area. Hot tub not filling when arrived. Broken, fixed late first night. TV in second bedroom not working, fixed 2nd day. Light over shower in master bath broken, not fixed. Retractable shades on master patio door lacking switch to open, not fixed. Cabin attendant came first day, no personal service, did not check in on us. Did keep room clean. No water in suites each day? Basic 3 star hotel provides daily bottles of water :(
