Review summary

We had embarkation issues, room issues, & shore excursion issues, but still managed to have a great cruise

There was a major computer system issue, along with having to drop off spouse & luggage at one terminal, park at a different terminal & be shuttled back to board. The overall experience took several hours, but I believe the cruise line handled as best they knew how. But our embarkation experience has never been this slow or inconvenient

When we arrived at our stateroom someone else's belongings were already in the room (they obviously had went to the wrong room), after several trips to guest services & one temporary room, hours later we were upgraded to a Balcony room, which we very much enjoyed, but we sure had to earn it.
