Review summary

Expect to pay $72 to park your car for three days. The water park is not free. It’s an excursion you’ll have to pay for. Internet is $75 a day and it doesn’t work well. $100 will be taken out of your credit card and your spouse’s to use as onboard credit and you will not get a refund if you don’t use it. The free buffets will cost you each day. A can of 12oz coke will cost you $5. Will never use Royal Caribbean again.

Thanks for your review. Before we went on our first cruise, we were told that once you pay your cruise fare, you didn't have to pay anything else......alternative facts, we soon learned that was not true. So maybe knowing this now, next time you can be better prepared.

Well, you obviously didn't do much research before your cruise. You really embellished on the costs. There are basic ammenities included with the cost of your cruise and additional ammenities for an extra price. This is the case on most cruise lines and many land vacations as well. The buffet is not extra.

Been on the Indy for four nights, twice this year. We both had internet. No clue where those prices come from. We did pay 85 for 5 days for the garage but well worth it as was on 95 in 20 mins. We had great streaming service. I am sorry things did not work out same for you.

Right. Hidden costs. So hidden I don't think I or anyone else could possibly find them. I recently cruised Royal and paid a daily price for combo package unlimited premium drinks and WIFI for about the same price as this person experienced for just WIFI. I also have to believe there are thousands of guests every day partaking in the free buffet and somehow avoiding the extra $5 charge.

? Soooo, internet is absolutely not that expensive per day. And the credit card hold goes back on your card after you settle your account unless you spent money on board or didn't prepay gratuity.

Thanks for the review. Sounds like this may have been your first cruise since all of the “hidden” charges you mentioned are common on all mainstream cruise lines. It’s always a good idea to read and understand what is and is not included in your basic cruise fare.
