Review summary

Getting on the ship and disembarking was a fairly easy process. Once on the ship, there is a lot of walking, but at every turn, staff are asking you how they can help. The food was excellent, especially at Perfect Day at Coco Cay. The entertainment was very enjoyable, and there are a surplus of other things to explore and do. Our cruise director was incredible & attended most of the events or hosted them. This truly is a perfect cruise ship for all ages. It is very good for older couples looking to relax, it is great for a honeymoon, and it is great for a family as well looking for a little adventure

The Buffet was quite large & I enjoyed several of their items, but the quality was not incredible, obviously. Main dining is the place to go, and it gives you the chance to socialize with other people

The ice-skating show on this cruise was phenomenal. Absolutely breathtaking and so difficult, yet the performers did an incredible job.

The service was always unbelievably kind, helpful, and patient. I was shocked by the level of professionalism and kindness that was extend it to us by every single employee. Tiwi and Snehal served us several nights/mornings at the buffet and made our experience special. We were so excited to go see them every day. They treated us like family.

Size was good, and I loved the person who attended our room!! They did an excellent job and usually left us with a little surprise :)
