Overall, I belive with capacity limits being dropped recruiting crew needs to be a focus, mainly in the bar service(s). A face-lift wouldn't hurt mainly in corridors and carpeting throughout.
Port Canaveral needs to up their game up especially if they want to attract these larger ships into the fold in regards to the terminals.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Port Canaveral can take a few pointers from Miami when it comes to embarkation. Very unorganized.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Full self servic is back for those wondering. Dining room experience was ok. Seems they have changed when the bread comes out to the table, so you'll need to order your order first then it comes out a little bit before your appetizer.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
So I did a B2B and was shocked that nothing was done special for May 4th (Star Wars Day) and Cinco De Mayo. We are less than an hour away from Disney that hit capacity the weekend and nothing was done for "May the 4th be with you".
I would say I have seen this Cruise Director more than the others. Cruise staff super friendly.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Club open until 2am vs the traditional 3am. DJ needs a little more variety of music to cater to all demographics.
Children's Programs
Cruised Solo
Service and Staff

This would've been 5 stars if it wasn't for the bar tenders on the pool decks. Christina in the MDR on deck 3 was great alongside Putu.
5 cruises in a roll now, and the pool deck bar tenders are almost non-existing.
Ship Quality

Indy is showing her age unlike her older sister Freedom. I understand she got a refurbishment in May 2018, but maybe new carpeting and updates to hall lighting would be a good start.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cabin was good. At times the AC would not get cold, and as for the fridge.... more like a warmer. When I got my new room assignment the fridge was better though.
Ship tip
Remember it's still a vessel at sea, it won't be 100% steady. Captain and crew do their best. Understand that and don't take it out on the crew.
