Wanted to get my 90 y/o Dad on a cruise, hadn't cruised for decades. We were in a suite to accommodate him, and it was great. A 3-day cruise is pretty much too short for us.

Chops Grille at breakfast was calm and less hectic than Windjammer. Lunch was Windjammer or Coco Cay depending on the day. Can't argue for the options even on Coco Cay. We ate at Main Dining room in the evenings, and while typical offerings, they were still enjoyable. Wait staff was efficient as usual.

Didn't catch too many with a short cruise, but what we saw was still RCCL expected quality.

Suite room steward was excellent. Suite Lounge waiters were engaging. Suite concierge was excellent, actively researched and answered our questions.

We had my 90 y/o Dad, and the 2 BR suite was ideal. The huge balcony was beyond belief. Spent many hours out there. My daughter even slept part of the night on the balcony.
Ship tip
The Indy OTS is great with it's Promenade, makes it great for people watching from a bar table.
Did not disembark, because there was no shuttle service from ship ramp to dock entrance. Kind of disappointed as that would have been too far to walk for my 90 y/o Dad.
