Review summary

We had a great cruise on Independence of the Seas but I am not impressed with using a third party travel group. Dining was wrong, not a group table, only a table for two unless we travel with someone, we got that fixed with dining staff. Got charged for Gratuities after prepaying, got that fixed and was told this happens with third party. No mattress topper, we always get a matress topper

The new Cruise Director, Ricky put together awesome activities. My favorite were the 80's Dance Party and the 70's Disco Party on the Royal Promenade. He had other people from his team help out with the Sexist Man Contest and Freeze Frame Ice show

The comedian was excellent, the music on board was excellent, Grease was great to hear songs with people in costume and character, just missed seeing the whole play, but it is a start

Our room steward was awesome, the wait staff in the MDR was awesome, All the bartenders, bar staff, and everyone else on the ship went above and beyond expectation

Had to wait for elevators some time but the passenger count is increasing. Also RC needs to increase their staff to pre pandemic levels, with the amount of passengers onboard, some areas suffered due to not enough staff

It was a spacious balcony so it was great and right at the elevators which was great, also no noise friom elevators
