Review summary

There is a lot of things for my kids (10&6) to do. They stayed busy and had fun. Having to check out a towel annoyed me. Coco Cay was fun. The lack of seating at Coco Cay and the pool onboard and the low quality food are cons but the cheap price and fun activities are a pro. We would sail RC for the right ports.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy and quick to board.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Was not impressed with most of the food. Steak in the MDR was good the first night. Ordered it the second night and it was terrible. We are at the buffet mostly because there was usually something to find that we liked. We ate a lot of pizza from Sorrento’s. Dining staff and room service staff couldn’t keep up and service was terrible. Took 2 hours to get through dinner. Room service always took at least an hour and our order was never right.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
My kids loved the pool, slides, flow rider, sky pad, and rock wall. It kept them busy and active.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
The program was good but we waited in line 45 minutes every night just to check them in. If you have the late seating they will hit capacity before dinner is over. They open at 7pm and we got in line 15 minutes prior and still waited 45 minutes each night. Kids loved it though.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Staff was nice but not friendly. You could tell they were overworked and just trying to keep up. Our stateroom host was the worst. The first night he pulled the couch out for the kids and never put it back. He also only left 3 towels for a family of 4. It should be a given that we need 4 towels but he always left 3.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Everything seemed cleaned. Lots of empty glasses left everywhere though in the evening.

Ports of call

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

Disembarkation

We walked off with our luggage and it was pure chaos. No one directing where to go and people cutting lines.
