Review summary

Drinks too much, WIFI to use the APP, so we can check room balances never worked properly. Cabin Account TV access does not exist...weird, as it was just overhauled last year!!

Most of them were kind and helpful. However, most of them, if not all are overworked for 7-8 months straight. The Crew Members tell us feedback.

Fridge was broken at first, batteries in remote did not work. Very dusty in shelves, tv screen was very smudged with dirt

Amazing upgrades , as compared to the Freedom of the Seas, Sister Ship.

Account monitoring is done via the APP, we thought they would keep the ability to check this on the stateroom tv, but no, asked at the pursers desk, guess you have to keep up with the times, poor that the internet was down though

Nice trip and nice ship

Thoroughly enjoyable trip

If you are a smoker, you will love the Casino, one side of the outdoor pool area or outside on 1/2 of the ship (on the level walkers walks their miles daily) as smoking is allowed. I am not a smoker therefore I didn't like it.
