Review summary

Not happy with the customer service. Overall the cruise ship itself was wonderful and very clean. There were many onboard activities that were very fun. The "Grease" show was wonderful and the Belly Flop contest was hilarious. Overall had a very good time except for the lack of customer service.

The customer service was very disappointing. The service staff was not very friendly or helpful aboard the ship. If I had and issue and tried to get it resolved, it mostly went unresolved because the staff did not care to solve it.

I was a little disappointed about the size. I had reserved a balcony room for the first time on a cruise. I expected a nice balcony. Our balcony was large in size but on the back of the boat with and obstructed view. I tried to call before the cruise to have our room changed and was told I could not. I am a gold Crown and Anchor member. This was my 4th cruise with RC. I would think that they would want to keep customers and not scare them away. I was also celebrating my 50th birthday. The staff could care less that I was unhappy or celebrating a momemtous birthday.
