Review summary

Great ship, but I wish it's advertised activities were open.

Embarkation

Everything went smooth.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was great but room service never got our order correct.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Sky pad was shut down, but that was understandable. They had to melt the ice in Studio B so there was also no ice skating or laser tag. My kids were very disappointed as those three things were a big reason we booked this particular ship. Also, we didn't find out until after we booked, but they do not have the mystery dinner theater on 5 day sailings, so that was a let down.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows were very good.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Can't say enough about the kid's club and staff. My kids were begging to go back. My son is autistic and they were wonderful with him.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Room service was not great but all other service was excellent.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It was nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was great but the furniture was old and outdated.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

We just got on and got off here, we didn't explore.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
Great port, a lot going on and good shopping.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
We went to Mr. Sanchos and it was okay. I don't know what all the hype was for. Service was good but food and drinks were just meh. We won't go back.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and easy.
