I would cruise this ship again, in a heartbeat! As my third ship I've been on, this beats them all.
Embarkation

Our flight was delayed several hours and ended up arriving about 2pm to the ship, which was actually a blessing. We had zero wait to check-in and went through security and all within about 15 minutes.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Having a gluten allergy, I wasn't sure how this would be handled but was surprisingly pleased. In almost every restaurant, there was a gluten free section, including Johnny Rockets gluten free hamburger buns. At Windjammer, there was an entire section of the buffet that was labeled as the "Gluten Free Corner." In the main dining room after dinner each night, the head waiter would come over and we'd placed our orders for the following night's dinner to make sure the chef could do the items gluten free. I would estimate that 95% of the dinner menu could be done gluten free with 24 hours notice to the chef. Everyone working in any dining facility was very aware of what gluten free meant, which I can't say for many restaurants in America.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The pools could be crowded early in the day and sometime hard to find a chair around a pool. The Flowrider was fun as was the rock climbing wall. The trampoline launch pad was closed due to a pending lawsuit from an incident a month ago on another ship so didn't get to experience that. The fitness center was quite impressive for being a cruise ship. An ample amount of treadmills and elliptical's. Free weight space was a little tight.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
One night we went to see the headliner show "Absolute Journey," the Journey tribute band. We lasted about 10 minutes and walked out with a larger number of other attendees. I almost thought it was a joke with how bad it was, but it was very real! The "Once Upon a Time" stage show was good as was the comedian.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone from the waiters to room attendants to service staff was excellent!
Ship Quality

We loved the Promenade area where at night we'd sit outside the shops and just listen to the live bands. This was a great area to hang out in after dinner each night. The ship was super clean, you'd always see workers going above and beyond cleaning areas you'd never even think would need to be cleaded!
Cabin / Stateroom

Overall, the cabin was great. This was my first time with a balcony and not sure that I'll ever go back-well worth the extra cost! Our cabin was near the front of the ship and only one floor from the promenade so it was super, super convenient to everything!
Ship tip
Take the stairs! You'll be eating so much, forget the elevators.
We did Mr. Sancho's all-inclusive and really enjoyed our time there. My wife's a major foodie and she even raved about the food. Very clean and would visit again.
The clear water was amazing! The dock just opened the week we were there so made exiting and entering super easy. This island was very easy to get around on and so many amenities at your fingertips.
We arrived at the disembarkation station at 7am for a 7:30am exit. We were actually the first one's in line and sailed through the exiting process. This really helped when showing up at the airport as it got very busy later in the morning as more people tried to check in for their flights.
