Service and Staff

The only exceptional service we received was from our housekeeper and the waiters assigned to our table #482. We received horrible service from Lee, the bartender inside the Windjammer. We suggest more diversity training for the staff onboard the Independence of the Seas. We were clearly ignored inside the casino at the bar and while dining with family inside the Windjammer.

Although we followed the rules regarding showing up at the designated time to disembark the ship, we were truly surprised to find out others had lined up as early as 5:30 a.m. and were accommodated.

An example of how/why they need to do more diversity training...
