Review summary

Overall, I found the trip relaxing. However, the food was absolutely miserable, and the state of the ship is in dire need of refurbishment and furniture replacement. Old and unpleasant lounge chairs / sofas all over. Just looks like it's been in service for a very long time with a very rough crowd.

Disgusting food, found a hair in my food at Giovanni's, waited over 2 hours for service at Giovanni's, watery cheeses on main courses; room service always delivered cold (eggs and french toast should at east be a little warm), just overall disappointing food

Overall quite unpleasant. Didn't expect much from Royal Caribbean, and even with that, was still very disappointed.

Just got off Indy 5 days ago. We had a very different experience than you. Food was amazing, service was amazing.

It is going in for refurb in April have sailed on Indy 11 times and never had a bad experience, sorry you were disapolnted

Sorry it was a bad experience for you. We were on IOS two yrs ago and had a great time with everything - food, service, stateroom. We plan on going back on her next yr.
