Review summary

Fun family time. Really like royal carribean lines but the food was not up to their typical standards.

Embarkation

They have down to a science.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The ship was sold out but the buffet lines weren't there. We were able to get food without any issues. Eating at Johnny rockets was fun. All the dinning staff were friendly and attentive. The food in the main dinning room was borderline horrible. Who puts pickles in their beef stew? Awful.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Grease was very nice although they took some liberties with the songs.

Entertainment

See above.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It's going into drydock soon for a makeover. While it was clean it did show signs of age. Worn carpets and such.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Small, but we expect it.

Ports of call

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
Too cold to swim and why pay to eat and drink there when they ship is free.

Cozumel, Mexico

Went to Mr. Sancho's on our own. Well worth the $50 per person to eat and drink all day.

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
Pleasant and painless until our bag went missing. Someone took our bag and after more than an hour of searching someone dropped it off outside the terminal. If a member of the staff had been outside checking we would not have had to wait until everyone else had left the area to see where our bag might be.
