It was our first cruise and was very happy with it. We will recommend it to our friends and will do another one some day! We liked having two ports to visit and the excursions that we had to chose from.

All the food was wonderful. The waiters/waitresses in the main dining room (McBeth) were exceptional and very kind.

There was a good variety of shows. However, if a performer is being billed as Family Friendly - they should make sure they are really family friendly! The first comedian we saw had some very questionable gestures and words in his performance.
We loved the Acapella mens group!

Our room was always clean and if we needed something, our steward was right on it. I was disappointed that we didn't have more towel art, perhaps she was new at it.
We loved the Activities Director! So fun!
Ship Quality

We were amazed at how clean the ship was at all times with as many people that was on it. Anytime a cup or plate was left somewhere, it was picked up quickly! The public bathrooms were always spic and span.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was very comfortable and clean. The pillows were a little flat, but asked for extra and an extra blanket and the steward had them to us in no time!
The port was small and a little confusing to get to our excursion (walked a long way). However, the guide (Carlos) at the Mayan Ruins was knowledgeable and very nice. Our driver (Isreal) was very careful and extremely nice.
Nice and very clean. However, the sellers at the shop were pretty aggressive. I was a little intimidated by them and thus didn't shop as much as I would have had they not kept calling out to me. We took a taxi to Chakabab State Park. There was some confusion there as to which lunch buffet went with which package. We told the place where we ate lunch that we had ticket for 9 people and then another ticket for the 3 that did the Swim with the Dophin excursion. They said ok and let us all come in. Then later charged another $60 for the 3 people saying they were supposed to go to a different buffet. They wouldn't let us leave unless we paid. We felt they were pretty aggressive and not clear on where anyone was supposed to go. The park itself was very clean and other than they lunch - we really enjoyed our stay.
