Review summary

The ship is wonderful. I do not give five stars for three events. One due the mistreatment of one of the dependents of the bar located on the main pool. The guy was obviously rough. The room was nearly perfect, except for the fact the curtain at the balcony door had a loose hook, and I had to try to fix every day, to prevent light from it.The worst thing is that my wife decided to get botox in the spa. one of her eyebrows was evidently higher than the other. when he went to see Dr. again this will put another shot and now she has eyebrows and eyelids fallen and folds in the eyelids and constantly feels a weight on them as if he could not open them. So keep away for the spa's Dr.

Almost perfect except for one of the guys in the bar over the main pool.

We had a room 7242 instead the 2552. The guy attending there was nice, his name is Roger. A single detail, one of the hook of the curtain is loose of the curtain, so we have every morning to fix it to avoid the light enter by the door.

Ship tip

Stay away for the excursion in Cozumel . they are overprizec and for example the "Playa Mia" is not a good beach and the water park are no better than the ship has. People said is better to take a local car and make a tour for the not touristic part of the island.

Yes, I think Botox on a ship is not a very wise decision, especially if there were medical complications. This guy's wife was lucky it wasn't worse.

Wow. I would not even consider doing anything like Botox period, let alone on a cruise ship. I sure hope your wife got medical attention when she got home and that she is feeling much better.
