Brand new ship was very clean and very high quality of service. This cruise had more activities for both adults and children than other cruse ships (Carnival, Disney, NCL)
The Flowrider is worth the price of admission if your active in water sports. Rock climbing was huge and looked lke fun, I did not try it.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The food was better than average, very fresh and kept very hot. Not the highest quality of selections for sit down meals. I was looking for Filet Mignon and they did not have it.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The entertainment was over the top. Saw the Nelson Brothers, Theater, Costume and props were superb. The Variety of every show kept your interest. The Ice Skating show was excellent (Yes, the ship has an a real Ice Skating rink). Cruise director (Allen Brooks) was one the best that I have seen. Much better entertainment than I expected.
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Did not take our kids, but did notice this ship because of the size and ammeniities seemed like it had more activities for children than other cruise ships. Rock Climbing, Mini Golf, Flowrider, Shows, Movies, Huge game room, Kids clubs, teen hangouts, H20 Zone and more.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Ship staff would go out of thier way and provide any kind of service for you. Very friendly. Never had to wait for a drink. Plenty of staff.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
There were over 4000 people on board, but there was never a line. The ship is so big that everyone is spread out. There were 3 pool areas, one adult, a kids zone and common pool area. Very nice design.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We had the interior promenade room which is a little bigger than a standard inside state room. The room was bigger than most. Queen size bed and bedding was very very comfortable. Probably because they are new. Mattress has a plush top. Showers were excellent. Very hot showers.
This island has nothing on it. Hurricanes really wipe out everything and they are still rebuilding. Did the Jungle Beach Break, but was not very good. Beach not that great, its isolated and not much to do. Sand was not that good. The best thing to do is get off the ship and stay around the shops. There are a couple of nice pools, shops and food there.
Went of a drift snorkel trip and beach break. Snorkeling was excellent, boat crew was fun, provided drinks, after snorkling, went to Playa Maya beach club and it was excellent.

Dissapointed sting ray city tour was cancelled, but was able to find excellent snorkling at the Paradise to the right of the docks. Did not do any shopping. Not much of an impression.
