Review summary

I would highly recommend icon of the sea. The food was amazing and service was great. We were worried that it would be too big but that was not the case. Never had to wait on line or wake up early to reserve chairs as we have on our past cruises. The entertainment was world class.

3 nights in specialty restaurants and 4 nights in main dining room. The service was fantastic in the specialty restaurants and our waiters in main dining room Corwin and Nickhol were attentive and fun. They made our dining experience above expectations.

Onboard Activities

The swim up pool bar was a staple of our trip. Only complaint was kids under 16 should not be allowed in the pool bar.

Entertainment

The Wizard of Oz was Broadway caliber. The water show was phenomenal. The game shows were entertaining and fun to participate in.

Our room steward Valerie was very efficient and pleasant. The 2 main Bartenders at the swim and tonic bar were fun and attentive. Corwin and Nickhol made our dining experience superb.

Ship Quality

Very easy to navigate and elevators were easy and quick. Central Park was beautiful to sit and relax or have a drink before dinner. The many many many bars throughout made getting a cocktail a breeze.
