If you buy liquor in port, make sure that the ship packages it as required by the TSA to get through security at the airport. We had our liquor in our carry on bag, but were "escorted" out of security back to the ticket counter and ended up having to stow the liquor in one of our carryon bags and had to check it for transport in the plane's cargo area. There is a baggage fee for checking a carry on bag.

IF you want to cruise on a BIG ship the OASIS clasS of ships has no rival. But I would hit up OASIS or ALLURE before HARMONY.

Plan to avoid crowds. We experienced a busy ship which is to be expected when it is almost at full capacity of 6,500. We didn't have many crowds. Book shows online in advance and get there 15-20 minutes early for the best seats. Keep in mind that the first few rows for the water shows are wet zones. If it were a bit warmer at night, we would have just worn our bathing suits and got drenched.

the security was overly strict and rude. they would hassle us all the time because we look young. it would be better if they kept calm and were more polite. it would help if they were a little more lenient with 17 year olds, especially when they’re with family that isn’t just their parents.
