Review summary
The cruise was all in all a very good experience. We love cruising so we always enjoy ourselves. There are never any major issues to complain about and life is too short to complain about every single minor issue, so why waste your breath. We had a great staff on board and the activities were endless. Loved the acupuncturist also. Almost forgot to mention she's amazing at what she does (Alexis). Our Stewardess was such a beautiful soul (K who is from Trinidad). She knew my knee had been bothering me and every single night she'd place a zip lock bag of ice in my freezer and fresh wine glasses every single day (which aren't in the staterooms normally). Breakfast in the American Icon grill was always the best. They made my eggs to order every day and Michael who I believed was the manager, was always very pleasant and made a point to see us and chat every single morning. For my gym buffs, the gym has everything you'll need until you get back home. We were there everyday sometimes twice a day and it was always so very clean. I'll tell you it's packed between 730-930 am timeframe however. I truly loved our room and service, but we will be splurging on a suite on our next go around. They are pretty spoiled in the suites with all the private dining locations and included alcohol lol. Don't forget to bring your wine & travel corkscrew. Tips & Tip$: Please tip your stewardess and tip well. They work hard to make your vacation effortless in terms of your rooms and room/other requests. Be kind to your dining staff and understand some of them work the entire day without breaks and still present a smile on their face each day. If there's a minor issue, try not to make a huge deal out of it. Take them to the side and talk to them and they'll make it all better. They are not your personal errand boys/girls taking care of only your needs/wants and outrageous requests, they are people and need to be treated just as you'd want to be treated, with dignity and respect. Flush the toilets in the common area bathrooms people smh. How people always forget to do that is beyond me!? Grab a little bit of food at a time on your plate in the buffet areas to keep from over indulging for those who care about that or to keep from wasting food. I seen full plates getting tossed in the garbage. That always made me cringe, maybe that's just a pet peeve of mine alone. HAVE FUN! Afterall you paid good money to enjoy yourself. So relax, unwind, grab some wine and live your life like it's golden for the next 8 days (7 nights).Embarkation

Ship tip
Take the stairs! Not only is it good in helping you get your steps and burn calories, you'll also never get stuck on an elevator with people farting or kids pushing every single floor.
