Soo amazing. The performers along this cruise need much appreciation. Because they are amazing. Soo professional and entertaining.

7 night cruise was shortened to 3 nights. Ship sailed much below capacity. Overall it was a good experience. Disappointed with our room steward and the buffet options. Enjoyed the pools, entertainment, and less busy ship.

This is an amazing ship that needs at least a full week to explore. We are booked for next year but not during the height of hurricane season. We can't wait to go!!!

We enjoyed our cruise. The ship was very clean. The shows were great and the food both the dining room tasty, the buffet was good as well but most of the time not hot. The only complaint/or issue were the long line for dining and the shows. Also, unless your a frequent RC cruiser the reservation system confusing. We gave up trying to get into the comedy club. Compared to other ships and cruise lines there were not enough places to sit on the main area. Overall we enjoyed the cruise but would not book on the Harmony on the Seas again.

This is the biggest ship we have ever been on but we learned to navigate it pretty well. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Many things for the younger crowd.

Our booked itinerary was Eastern Caribbean. Due to Dorian it was changed to Western. I was a little concerned travelling with my step daughter in a wheelchair. I had been to Eastern before and knew ports were good for that. The Western Ports, Cozumel, Roatan and Costa Maya were easily accessible. A little bumpy in shopping areas, but enjoyable. The ports were fun, but the people selling their merch. can be pushy. Just ignore them. In Costa Maya, go hungry, there are some taco stands in there you are going to want to try. The aroma is so inviting. Roatan is small, they are building two major new docks. The people were very nice and shopping was crowded, but easy. TIP. In Cozumel, take a cab to their downtown area. Easier, cheaper and better shopping. $8 ride. The Peso exchange is about 20 pesos to the 1 USD.

I would go on this ship again. Some many things to do. Lots of Entrainment options. Friendly staff. Good ports.

Love this cruise! Been on many before and this was the best.

Too many people on board. Elevators were always full. We ate at the buffet once during the entire cruise because lines were so long. Pool was crammed, and it was hard to get a pool chair unless you went early am. We loved the water slide! This was the first time we ever had problems with my time dining. lines were always long. We were told one night to come back in an hour. Food was mediocre at best. The itinerary from the cruise line did not match the actual itinerary but service desk was generous in allowing me to call from ship to notify transportation company that we would be later than expected. We have been on several RC ships in the past and cruises have been great. We will not choose this ship again

Great cruise overall. I don't know if I would want to go on a 7 night cruise again in the future. It was just a long time to be away. Don't get me wrong, everything was amazing. Our waiter Euclid made our cruise! He was phenomenal.

Overall, not a bad cruise. We sailed in early August. Be prepared for lots of families with kids. Not a bad thing, it just changes the dynamic in the pools and public areas of the ship.

Big Ship Big Rewards if you book a suite. Always book via cruises becuase of the discounts and other perks.

The ship is big, comfortable, and has very little sea motion. Plenty of things to see and do for all ages. This cruise is being marketed to families.

Wonderful cruise. Everything was a 10! The only negative is that kids are unruly, running unattended. The ship doe snot enforce the adult only shows or areas enough. Lots of small children and teenagers running around the bars

The vacation was great, the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. Other than missing San Juan I would do it again

Nice relaxing cruise and great ship with lots to explore and do. Plenty of food, bars, shows and things to do throughout the day.
