Review summary

We enjoyed our cruise. The ship was very clean. The shows were great and the food both the dining room tasty, the buffet was good as well but most of the time not hot. The only complaint/or issue were the long line for dining and the shows. Also, unless your a frequent RC cruiser the reservation system confusing. We gave up trying to get into the comedy club. Compared to other ships and cruise lines there were not enough places to sit on the main area. Overall we enjoyed the cruise but would not book on the Harmony on the Seas again.

Every one was very customer friendly. We truly enjoyed our waiters in the dining room. Headwaiter named WIN and his assistant John.

We do not care for large ships and even though we enjoyed the ship, we would not book another cruise on the Harmony of the Seas

Disembarkation

After waiting in an very long, confusing line and finally approached the exit as we presented our cards to disembark, we were told to report to Guest Services Desk. After waiting again in a line we were told that my credit card was not on our account. I assure the gentleman that I they had my card on file when we registered our cruise papers and also were asked again at the counter when we boarded the ship. Unbelievable. We have over 50 cruises and never ran into this problem. We feel we should have been notified before trying to disembark the ship.

Went to Mexico instead of St Maarten and St Thomas due to Hurricane Dorian. Spent an extra 4 days on the cruise. Love this itinerary and the Royal Carribean ship.
