Absolutely beautiful ship, very clean throughout, beautiful layout, central park was especially impressive. Service was fantastic… Professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this ship above any other I’ve been on in over a dozen cruises

This was my first time being on Royal Caribbean cruise line. The staff was great and so was the entertainment. There was plenty to keep us occupied during our week long vacation.

This was a wonderful cruise with family and friends. RC had a Fresh Kosher Program this year, as was done last year, but it hands down made the trip complete. As a kosher consumer, we rarely have the opportunity to eat food that isn't out of a plastic tv dinner. Sitting with family and being able to enjoy oneself takes this stress away, and that is what makes vacations enjoyable. Bravo.

This cruise requires planning to truly enjoy. Dining, activities, shows, all have limited capacity and times, so if you don't plan and reserve early, you won't get to do them.

Love the layout of the ship and especially Central Park. Hated that there were 1200 kids on the ship. The adult area of ship closed and given over to a large group for the week so no one could use it. Stuck with screaming,running children all week. Cruise line should have warned us of this before and let us back out. Not really a relaxing vacation. More like a week in hell. Could have vacationed in a grade school for a lot less money.

Would recommend going on an Oasis Class Cruise at least once in your lifetime for the experience of what these ships can offer.

Disappointing. Very crowded. Hundreds of kids running around every day. Recommend NOT going the third week of January on Royal. Ship clean and employees very friendly and helpful. Dining room food was ok, not as hot as could be at times. Selection could be better. Windjammer very crowded and at times unorganized. Kids all over as well. Not able to use the Solarium restaurant this week, reserved all week for a special group. Too bad. Entertainment was great. Just get there early to get a good seat. Overall cruise was good, took three other couples and they have never been on a large ship like the Harmony. Probably will never do again. I had told them it would never seem like it was crowded, opps, that was a mistake. Oh well, now we know.

The seas were a bit rough but very little impact other than for safety some of the shows were cancelled. There is so much to do on the ship though that the shows weren't missed

Being on this boat was like being stuck in an infomercial for terrible overpriced jewelry. The television only broadcast their ads. The whole experience was only focused on upselling and trying to get as much money as possible. The ship was overcrowded and you could never get in an elevator. The free food closed early to try and get you to buy room service. Gratuities were charged per person, as opposed to per room. There were lots of extra charges and the only thing Royal Caribbean seems to care about is nickel and diming their guests to get as much as possible out of them. The shows and clubs needed reservations to attend and most were already booked full due to the high number of people on the boat. And everything on their island coco Kay has an extra 12% tax added. If you don’t buy their $100 tickets to go on a few water slides there is not much more to do there.

We loved the ship and will look forward to going on it again. However, would not go to these ports again. Try to choose somewhere else the ship sails.

Everything relaxing, inclusive and first class all the way. It was my first cruise and I was blown away for sure and now know why Royal Caribbean is #1 cruise line. I will def be going on more!

This was an excellent cruise with wonderful employees and lots to do. The Harmony is huge and has a lot to offer. Highly recommend a sailing on this ship!
