It seems as though almost every detail was considered. All of the food was fantastic and there were plenty of options available. We really liked Mini bites, and the soft serve ice cream availability, and I was truly impressed by the fact that the walking surfaces, even when wet, were not slippery at all. That is very impressive and fascinating technology. All in all, I felt very well taken care of, and will definitely recommend Royal Caribbean to my friends and family.

Food and Dining

All of the food was great, and everything was always clean. Lot's of options, but would have been nice if more places were open later, they closed up too early.
Onboard Activities

Water slide was fun, and the lines (when I went) were not too long. The pools were too crowded with kids. Would be nice to have more pools available, especially, at least one for adults only.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The performances were fantastic. Beautiful voices, great costumes & choreography. Well staged. My biggest complaint is that there is no playbill available to read the bios and also about the origin of the 'Columbus' show. I was interested in reading about that, and there was nothing available. Even a virtual program would be ok.

Service and Staff

Just about every single crew member seemed very upbeat and positive and always had a smile and a friendly greeting.
Our cabin steward, Alex, always had a smile, greeted us by name, and was very attentive and we really enjoyed all of the servers and their assistants in the Main Dining Room.
Great attitudes from 99% of the staff
Ship Quality

Everything seemed well maintained. The bathrooms were always cleaned and well stocked.
RE: the layout -
• There should be more water/ice refill stations including iced tea, available throughout the ship.
• Deck 15 had WAY too much going on. With so many kids on the ship, there should be a separate place where adults only can enjoy themselves, without having to avoid running in to kids everywhere. The solarium was nice, but really should have a pool available.
• Too many things were crammed on 15 - all of the pools & jacuzzi's, the water slides, the kids water play area, the smoking section, the solarium, the ice cream stations (maybe have one available on a different deck),
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was great. Plenty of space for storage, well maintained
Ship tip
Make reservations for main dining room and shows (if possible), but, honestly, the 'no reservations' lines weren't that bad
Overall, it was fine, but the bus ride, while comfortable, was much longer than I would have liked and the city seemed very dirty. The horseback riding was less than what I would have preferred. I thought there would be more on a beach, but the trail was beautiful. The horseback riding safety did seem a bit excessive - helmets, guide for every horse AND going extremely slow. I did appreciate that the guides willingly took pictures for us.
We went to Isla Pasion on the Twister boat. A nice ride over, and great tour guide, Alberto - very attentive and explained things very comprehensively.
