Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The buffets had plenty of choices to pick from. The main dining room food was good. We had excellent waiters at table 340. Waiters Aarif and Sumit made our dining experience very enjoyable. We ate at Chops Grill, a specialty restaurant, and we highly recommend it. The food was delicious.

We took advantage of the walking/running track.

Entertainment

The Fine Line Show was excellent, The performers were outstanding and we also attended two different skating shows and they were very enjoyable. The Grease show was very good.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward, Albertus, was very thorough and kept our cabin very clean. Our waiters, Aarif and Sumit, were outstanding! They made sure they attended to us as much as possible and they gave us a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. My son accidentally left his phone and SeaPass card in the Windjammer restroom. The attendant, Argus, turned them in to Guest Services quickly and my son was able to join us on an excursion that morning. We would like to also recognize Nestor for helping us also. We found that all th ship staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

Harmony is a beautiful ship and we enjoyed Central Park; we would reconnect with our large group at the Promenade. We love this area! The ship as very clean and well-maintained.

We had a balcony room and it was very comfortably. Our adult son also stayed with us and we found the room had adequate space for us.

We had a land excursion, however, we were somewhat disappointed because we were in the shuttle most of the time. We didn’t get to see very much.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
We love this port! The port has expanded and added more stores and things to do. We took an excursion to the Chaccoben ruins and we had an excellent guide - Rosie. She was very knowledgeable about the area and she gave us plenty of time to take photos. Upon our return to port, we did some shopping and enjoyed the music and ambiance.

Cozumel, Mexico

My son and nephew took an ATV excursion and they enjoyed it. The rest of us ate, had some drinks and bought souvenirs.

Disembarkation

We found disembarkation to be very organized and a quick exit from the ship.
