It’s up to each individual to make the best of a situation, I did what I could but still won’t sail on any of the ships with 5,000 or more guest. The bigger ships just have more cabins.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
The folks at the cruise terminal were great
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
I found most of the food to be over salted. That’s odd since I tend to like a lot of salt.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Pools: too many screaming children, the adults only pool: too many judgmental people that wanted to talk politics.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Plays were fun, comedians fun, aqua show canceled twice, ice show no good
Children's Programs
No children with me
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
Not enough staff to properly handle everything
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Way too big
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
I felt lots of rocking, too far at the front of the ship. I would have never picked this cabin.
Ship tip
Bring a battery powered motion sensor light. Room is really dark even with a window
I did a ship sponsored tour, snorkeling… the tour guide was only concerned with experienced snorkelers… beginners were just out there to fend for themselves.
Hmm well I’ve read 4 other reviews of this exact cruise and you were the only one complaining. Maybe, just maybe, it’s not the ship or lines fault. Just saying, some people like to complain.
A little research would’ve gone a long way. It’s no surprise that there are lots of children and lots of people on these gigantic ships. If you want some light at night in your room, what we always do is leave the light on in the bathroom and close the door so it’s just making contact with the door frame and a little bit of light peeks through. Therefore, you have a little bit of a chance to negotiate the room at night.
Sounds to me, you probably wouldn't be happy on any cruise. I'm quite sure yiu enjoyed something, but all you did was complain. Maybe it's not the ship or cruise line, maybe cruising isn't for you
