Review summary

This ship is way to big. To many people and not enough space for them all.

Embarkation

I didn't get my luggage until 9:00 PM the day of embarking. The tag was missing however I had a name tag with my cell number on it so they could have called me if they wanted to. After several trips to guest services, my bag showed up at 9:00 PM.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Mediocre at best. The buffet was no better than golden corral and the main dining room was ok. Some nights good, other nights, not so much.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Pools were over crowded. There was no "swimming", there was just standing in the cloudy water if you choose to do that (I did not). The hot tubs were ok but crowded as well.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
6 total shows, none of which were that entertaining.

Children's Programs

I didn't have any children with me.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Main dining room service was good but guest services was horrible. Not only my luggage issues but for any information we asked about. They had their "canned" responses and were not very helpful at all.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Clean yes. Design, confusing.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
A little small but ok

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

St Maartin was very nice and San Juan was great (I will go back to PR but not on a cruise ship). Coco Cay was average. In order to really enjoy the amenities of the island you had to pay extra which was not something I was willing to do. ($120 per day to enjoy the wave pool, water slides and other things within the "waterpark"

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

The port was fine. We did an excursion through the cruise which was fine. Nothing special about it but we were off the ship.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
I really enjoyed PR. We did do an excursion through RC that I was less than thrilled with but I will return to San Juan and visit the places that were of interest to me as the tour didn't stop at anything that was available to explore except for his friends barbecue stand.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

I was not impressed. You had to pay $120 for the day to enjoy the "water park" so the only thing that was included in the cost of the cruise was swimming in the sea or in the lagoon pool. Pretty boring.
