This ship is way to big. To many people and not enough space for them all.
Embarkation
2 out of 5
I didn't get my luggage until 9:00 PM the day of embarking. The tag was missing however I had a name tag with my cell number on it so they could have called me if they wanted to. After several trips to guest services, my bag showed up at 9:00 PM.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Mediocre at best. The buffet was no better than golden corral and the main dining room was ok. Some nights good, other nights, not so much.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Pools were over crowded. There was no "swimming", there was just standing in the cloudy water if you choose to do that (I did not). The hot tubs were ok but crowded as well.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
6 total shows, none of which were that entertaining.
Children's Programs
I didn't have any children with me.
Service and Staff

Main dining room service was good but guest services was horrible. Not only my luggage issues but for any information we asked about. They had their "canned" responses and were not very helpful at all.
St Maartin was very nice and San Juan was great (I will go back to PR but not on a cruise ship). Coco Cay was average. In order to really enjoy the amenities of the island you had to pay extra which was not something I was willing to do. ($120 per day to enjoy the wave pool, water slides and other things within the "waterpark"
I really enjoyed PR. We did do an excursion through RC that I was less than thrilled with but I will return to San Juan and visit the places that were of interest to me as the tour didn't stop at anything that was available to explore except for his friends barbecue stand.
I was not impressed. You had to pay $120 for the day to enjoy the "water park" so the only thing that was included in the cost of the cruise was swimming in the sea or in the lagoon pool. Pretty boring.
I am sorry if you felt I was being critical of your review. We all appreciate people posting honestly about their experience. I am a glass half full gal, so for me its always about attitude. That being said, perception is reality, sorry yours wasn't all you hoped for.
Appreciate your feedback. Sorry it took so long to get your luggage. San Juan is a beautiful place. Hope you enjoy your future visit. I personally love that cruising gives one a taste of the the islands. Sorry you weren’t a fan of this ship.
I don't understand why people have to berate you for your opinion. Did I know this was an oasis class ship? Yes, however I didn't know what that meant as far as cruising. I do now. The ship was big but the pools were small and the pool deck was crowded. I wonder if the people that are criticizing me on this review were on this cruise. Perhaps they were the person taken in to custody in PR or maybe the person who fell off the zip line or maybe just one of the ones who stayed intoxicated the entire week. We all are entitled to our opinions and people have different experiences so please don't berate anyone who may have a different opinion than yours.
I agree that pools can be crowded. Shows are very good, I think.
It was easy to know ahead of time that it's a big ship. That being said, I don't personally feel crowded because they have so many different neighborhoods that guests can use.
