Review summary

I had selected a dining time with my family but once we were there, we were placed on the "my time dining" slot. Luckily the dining room staff were very helpful and we were giving a reservation with Hemsley and Marlou for the entire week.

I loved the live bands at Boleros, the Grease show was so awesome, the music at the night club was great and karaoke nights were so fun at On Air..!!

Our housekeeper Agus greeted us so nicely and made us feel welcomed as soon as got to our stateroom. He was also very attentive. Hemsley and Marlou were the greatest! They made my family and my dining experience Top Notch! We looked forward to dining and their wonderful service (and a dash of humor) every evening lol. Marlou was always super proactive. Hemsley and Marlou's service was EXPECTACULAR..!
