Review summary
Harmony's amenities were excellent when they debuted, but I think there's better ships out there in terms of having more things to do.Embarkation

Food and Dining
Izumi
I'm honestly mixed on Izumi. The chefs are immaculate, but the appetizers were just sort of meh. The vegetables included green peppers and celery root, which I wouldn't necessarily have put that in a hibachi. It sort of detracted from the meal. But, the steak, shrimp, scallops and rice was delicious.
Bionic Bar
If you're under 21, don't even bother. One of the people in my party was looking forward to get a smoothie from the bar, but the digital menu said they were restricted to do so. Unfortunately, the bionic bar appears to just serve alcohol. If you're looking for that, this is a 5 star experience.
Jamie's Italian by Jamie Oliver
Excellent food! The Arancini and JI burger was excellent.
Boardwalk Dog House
Pretty good. The hot dogs were fresh and delicious.
Mini Bites
Absolutely delicious food. Get the meatballs, you won't regret it.
Chops Grille
Loved the meals here! I had the crab cake and ribeye both times, which they did not disappoint! The deserts were also delicious.
Onboard Activities
Casino Royale
The staff were incredibly friendly.

Ship tip
If you're in the 18-20 crowd, while the 18-20 meetup hasn't come back yet, you can meet lots of new folks at the bars.
