Loved being back on a cruise ship after 2 years!! We had a great time but we did notice a slip in food & staff quality!! Bring your patience…

Our time was 12:30, we arrived at the Port around 12:15 but the line up was so long just to get into the building that we didn’t get onto the ship until 1:30. I think the hold up was having to look at everyone’s negative covid test and vaccine card

We only ate dinner in the MDR and there were a few nights the food wasn’t great just OK. Solarium Bistro was great for breakfast!! Good food and not very crowded!!

Aqua show was just a show case of talents and Grease was canceled because the cast was sick with covid! Because we saw both in 2020 we knew what we were missing! I know it’s no one’s fault covid was going through the cast we just really missed being able to see them.

I have mixed feelings about staff and service… our room steward was the best!! Maria was just fantastic! Bar staff knew us by name (no judging! Lol) after a few days and went out of their way to provide us with drinks and even make something new when I wanted something different! MDR waiter and assistant waiter were not great… either they were new or need more training!! Our food and drink orders where mixed up or not what we ordered or just forgotten!! We witnessed very unhappy people in the park cafe because they waited over 25 minutes for their sandwiches and yelling at the staff! I felt like most food venues were under staffed!

Have patience’s!!! Shows were canceled or rescheduled as staff was getting covid! MDR Staff is new or under staffed
Love Love Love perfect day!! Went to the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon!! We brought our own snorkelling stuff and had fun just snorkelling right off the beach.
Fantastic day
Loved our Island tour with Tim’s tours!! $35 for a 4.5 hour tour which included 1.5 hours at Sapphire beach. Snorkelling was really good right from the beach!! Saw large schools of colourful fish and sting rays!
Just walked off the ship at the port and he was there asking us if we wanted a tour!! He did a fantastic job!! He gave us his card
