Review summary

Not good, my husband and I were hoping for a amazing experience and that is not what we got. I will not be recommending this cruise line to anyone. We had horrible service, with rude crew members, very expensive.

We were on Harmony a couple of weeks ago. Beautiful ship and crew was excellent! Food good for most part. Park cafe was great. Shows were good. Our room was very clean and furniture was in great shape. Loved Harmony! Going again in August.

I just got off of the Harmony a few days ago and I have my issues with the ship but in hindsight it was my first cruise and made some rookie mistakes. The food was lacking in some venues but was great in others. One thing the was not lacking anywhere on the ship was the service. It was top notch and any questions or issues we had, it was taken care of!! Maybe cruising is not for you like others mentioned. Me personally I will likely end up on a smaller ship and few less days for my next cruise.

Royal Caribbean is a great cruise line. If you want a better experience be willing to pay much more money.
