Review summary

The cruise was relaxing and the staff went out of their way to show their appreciation that everyone sailed with them.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
This was the easiest embarkation I have ever experienced.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The staff did their very best to provide the best service and food. I will say that my expectation was that things would not be as good as prior cruises, due to "short staffing". I feel that everyone made sure that this was not the case and went overboard to make things perfect.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The pool areas were way better due to having 2,745 people onboard, rather than over 6,000. It was always a relaxing area, rather than the usual elbo to elbo massive amount of people fighting for a chair.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Unfortunately, this was not a high point of the cruise. Grease and the usually fabulous diving shows were canceled and many shows were not the quality of prior RC cruises. I do understand that there is a reason they were canceled due to Covid.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward - Ali was outstanding! Our waiters Ossman and Arrish were also outstanding.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was spotless and the design was almost identical to the familiar Oasis of the Seas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room design seemed better than the Oasis. It had better storage and the shower was way more spacious than Oasis.

Ship tip

If you chose to sail on Harmony, make sure that you book entertainment the SECOND that you board or you will be closed out of shows.

Ports of call

Basseterre, St. Kitts

5 out of 5
This port was cancelled and replaced with St. Maarten.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
This port was cancelled with an extra sea day.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
First time at this stop. AWESOME!!!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy with so few people on board.
