Great ship, great room, great activities!
I would give this cruise an excellent review but the majority of the personnel aboard the ship were confused and unhelpful.

My son was not interested in kids club at all. Every time we went to visit they were sitting in a circle talking. These activities were not interesting to a seven year old. Also, they had very few children activities for Christmas. There was no SANTA onboard.
Service and Staff

The dining room staff (especially Amar and Nitesh) and Stewart were amazing! However, guest services, casino staff, pool staff, embarkation and debarkation staff were uninformed and generally confused. They often seemed to be running around like chickens with their heads cut-off. The spa staff was often late and somewhat rude. Additionally, none of the above mentioned staff members seemed aware of the rules; therefore most safety precautions were not enforced.

Ship tip
The ship is huge, make sure to look at the map. Also, if you have a kid do not cut through the casino. I was lost attempting to get the the other side of the ship. The casino staff were extremely rude. Even a little scary. My son was shocked and scared at the treatment wee received from the casino personnel. It was extremely uncalled for. We just needed directions. Completely unacceptable!
Terrible, it was very unorganized. The ship’s staff was not enforcing the company’s policy. There were hundreds of people in the debarking site. Can you say SUPERSPREADER? It was ridiculous and procedures were in place to avoid this confusion. Was the staff new?
