Review summary

Great time with Royal Caribbean. First time sailing with them. We have sailed with Princess for most of our cruises, but found that this ship was far superior to any of the Princess ships we've sailed on,.

Embarkation

Completing the back to back process was cumbersome--not polished.

We viewed all the shows a second time. Still good. Grease not as good as the first week due to technical difficulties resulting in stopping and starting the show at least twice.

Good steward--but not as good as the first week.

Changed itinerary due to COVID. Lost a planned excursion. Unable to book a replacement. However, the water taxi to the Phillipsburg beach and town was an excellent day.

Booked excursion was not very good. Many delays waiting for transportation. Up to 25% of the the excursion time was spent standing and waiting for a "bus".
