Review summary

Disappointed in the dinner reservations. They had early sitting at 5:00 and 5:30. Then mytime started at 6:30. You queued up to get restaurant access for 6:30, and they did not move the 6:30 line till at least 6:30 or slightly later. Don't understand why you couldn't get a 6:00 or 6:15 table. made no sense to us. It just created a line of about 60 people for the 6:30 mytime dining. There were many lines having to do with volume of people. We found most of the time we were spent in lines for activities. Although the lines moved at a reasonable pace once they started to move. The slowest times were when the reservations had to check in, and the check in was done manually, although this only happened 3 times in the week.

easy and fast on. no delays at all. The lomgest delay was up the gangway due to volume

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Grease was amazing. Very well done. The other shows were very good too. Book early as they run out of space quickly and your preferred tome to see a show may not be available.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff were great, room attendant was good too. Customer service was incredible, they bent over backwards to help me in moment of crisis.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean and well maintained ship. Lots to do on board, easy to get around once you figure out where things are. Use the royal Caribbean App. It really is a must. download it and use it, it helps a lot.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Odd layout, but very comfortable. The ceilings were low and made it feel a little m,ore claustrophobic. I am 5'10" and I could put the back of my hand on the ceiling with room to spare. Good thing I was not claustrophobic.

Ship tip

Book your entertainment before you get aboard. It is a must or you will miss shows.

I agree about picking a time

All 3 Dining levels are serviced from the same kitchen,so they need to stagger food requests to be able to handle the guests in a reasonable fashion. Dining in the MDR is what it is... either A) Select early dining at 530pm.. B) Select my time dining, and make reservations so your not standing in line. C) You can enjoy one of the other dining venues on the ship..... Its not like the MDR is the ONLY option to eat on the ship! Lol The food is prepared at the same main galley, and most often whatever is in the MDR is one of the options on the buffets as well... especially the Solarium Bistro.
