Review summary

Some people at the guest service were rude and some of the servers as well, plus there was nudity( public indecency ) in public area and I was traveling with minors. I have proof of such behavior (pictures and video) but Royal refused to give me a complete refund after complaining and showing them proof of how horrible our vacation turned out.

If some nudity gets you a full refund im having my wife pop her top at the pool... Lol.... And yes i have kids but i guess im not easily offended

We just came off the same December 8 Harmony cruise last Sunday. We had nothing but great experiences. The shows were amazing, the food excellent, and our Stateroom Attendant (Harold) was fantastic. I had one question for the Guest Service staff and she was very helpful. This was our 10th. Cruise with RC and they have always delivered a great product.

I must agree that guest services on Harmony def rude. one lady accussed me of trying to lie about OBC i was owed even though i was trying to show her the email...she would not even look at the email. i got upset as why would I lie about 100 in OBC after i just shelled out THOUSANDS on 2 balcony staterooms. she finally gave me credit and acted like she was doing it just to get rid of me...HORRIBLE. Also, all my online dinning reservations did not show up onboard, i had to check in at port cause online checkin did not show up and its true that food was subpar. NOT worth the THOUSANDS I spend for this trip. the ship and my cabins were real nice though.

Public nudity won't scar your kids unless you turn it into a big deal. I wouldn't refund anything either.

We just got off the Harmony on the 15th of December. We are also booked on the Symphony for February. We would cancel the cruise in February if we could get a refund! Not impressed with RCCL. We have been on over 35 cruises. RCCL wants money for everything! Food is not as good as we can find on HAL. Staff not as friendly either.

Sounds like cruising isn’t for you. Most love it, but it’s not for everyone. Not sure what the public nudity was, but wouldn’t seem to warrant a refund.

We have sailed on her 4 times and have had nothing but great service and beautiful cabins...people going the extra mile....sorry for your experience...hope you find a ship you like...we love cruising...🙃🙃🙃
