The RCL and port staff were very friendly. However, if you sign up for the Key program you don’t get priority access through Security. That is only extended to Suite, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle guest.

The Harmony is a beautiful ship and well designed. I normally reserve a junior suite but had to stay in a regular balcony room because our plans changed. The room was spacious and had a good layout.
The island is so much fun and there is something for everyone. If you reserve a covered lounge or cabana at South Beach beware that the tram service is not that great.
We stayed the port shopping area and had a great time. Beware of the crash water pool. It crowded and the water was nasty. Also drink prices are high. Three mixed drinks, can of coke and chips was $93 (not Pesos 🙁)
