Review summary

All in all a real disappointment. For so many cruises, we have been on many, I always hated it to end but on this cruise I was looking forward to going home. The buffet was nauseating and the rest of the provided eating areas were just fair. We were fortunate to have the suite lounge, which was a little better.

We love Harmony and eat most of the time in costal kitchen in suite area. I have always found the food there good. We will be back on board her in 30 days can’t wait. Also love the ideal of have the suite lounge snacks.

You shouldn't apologize for expressing your opinion (and rating) about your experiences. Some people are too sensitive if not in line with their opinions/beliefs/experiences. Some people just disagree. Some agree. Some are indifferent. It's human nature. A lot of times on reviews for specific cruise ships I've seen ppl comment on bad reviews questioning the reviewer (like, the reviewer must be from a competing cruise line just making it up for bad publicity). . . It's as if people aren't allowed to have individual opinions! People aren't sheep; feel free to write and rate your reviews.

I was on harmony back in september 2018 and loved it.. Going on it again feb 2020 to see all the things i missed the first time. Can't wait.

In response to a prior question, I sailed several times on Celebrity (my favorite), three times on NCL ( their Haven suite section is terrific) and two others. I have always loved the larger ships but this had many faults, in the opinion of five of us who sailed on this ship. The crew and the room (Loft Suite) were perfect but the food, speed at the bar, the casino issues and the crowds were a problem. Sorry about my negative rating. It is not like us at all. We are almost always positive.

I respect your honest opinion. I love the Oasis Class and can’t wait to go on Harmony but big ships just aren’t for everyone and that’s ok.

Which other cruises have you been on? Your profile only shows 1. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion but my family of 8 loved this ship. It also could have been the time of year since schools are out.
