Review summary

We chose this cruise because I wanted to experience the ship. We had been to every port before at least once. This was our least favorite ship out of 6. We really liked Oasis and expected Harmony to be even better. It wasn't.

When we sailed on Oasis 6 years ago, I really liked the roast beef Kummelweck Sandwichs. I looked forward to them on Harmony. Only had one. The roll was so hard it was a challenge to eat. The beef was tough with inedible parts. I planned to try one on another day and walk away if it was bad again. I didn't even try again.

Onboard Activities

Pools were over crowded. No adult pool in the solarium.

Main Pool

Too crowded and nothing special.

Entertainment

2 musicals. Both not very impressive at all. 2 ice shows. Both pretty good. 2 water shows. Both impressive, but not really fun.

Royal Theater

Nice venue, impressive technology, but the 2 musicals (Grease and Columbus the musical) just weren't very enjoyable. We're not hard to please. We liked the shows on all previous cruises.

Solarium

When we sailed on Oasis 6 years ago, we really enjoyed to pool in the solarium. We were disappointed to fine no pool there on Harmony.

We did the bus ride to the rain forest. El Yunque National Forest. We loved it.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Our 2nd time here. Just did a beach day this time. Columbus Cove Beach. Farthest from the ship, but one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen.

Disembarkation

We carried our own luggage for the first time. Easier than we expected and we got out VERY fast.
