Review summary
We loved the Harmony. Hard to avoid elevators which get annoying by day 7. Crowding at the pools suck especially when greedy people stake claim to chairs early and then never use them. Some of the entrees were average,most good,few great. Pizza at Sorrentos exceptional. Coffee awesome bold flavor. Bar entertainment was so tired!. I don't think I heard one country song or anything from the last 20 years sung by any of the entertainers. They were good for people over 60. There were some jazz and latino music which some younger people enjoyed but it is pretty bad when I went to karaoke bar because nothing else was better. I am 52. Water and skating shows were Phenomenal !! Cruise director was exceptional but was hardly seen other than his TV show which was classic...miss other cruises had more of an intimate scenario with director and the shows and all the other activities. Found that you missed a lot of things because hard to keep track of things and were in the dark about many things from lack of anyone telling us beforehand. Customer service was exceptional though-every problem we had quickly resolved. Drink pricing is 7-13 dollars per drink beer up to umbrella type which gets pretty cumbersome. Waiters and room cleaning staff were very personal and we loved them by day 7. Ship was beautiful and would recommend but entertainment compared to Carnival cruise will give me cause for pause for future cruise choice although Great Day at Coco Cay is in my future for sure.Embarkation

Get to shows early to get a seat even if you have reservation. 10 minutes before show time they open up and you will not find a seat. We stood during Grease even with a reservation-just plain wrong!!! Also MY TIME DINING is bogus. Even if you have a reservation you will have to wait,if you don't wait longer. When on vacation you have no idea when you want to eat,how does standing in line make your vacation more convenient? We switched to 530 slot after 1st day so we had a seat waiting for us and the same wait staff which we built a wonderful relationaship with.
