Review summary

All in all a wonderful experience on Harmony of the Seas.. We also had wonderful weather.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Exceptionally easy for a suite level. There seemed to be some lines for other areas but overall an easy procedure.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We only ate once at Silk dining room, which was a My Time dining room. Everything was fine and the staff morebthan accommodating. We chose to try some specialty dining venues for the rest of the week. Food was very good and portions were more than adequate. Never tried the buffet areas as I usually avoid them.

Sabor

5 out of 5

Family really enjoyed this Mexican restaurant. Food was very good and they even make their own tacos. I believe Alison was our server and she was excellent and entertaining. Our grandsons really enjoyed the atmosphere here.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
My grandsons really enjoyed the activities on board, especially the water slide, Flowrider, Miniature golf and the children’s area.

Next Cruise

5 out of 5

We enjoyed our time on Harmony of the Seas and decided to book another trip for 2020. Elaine helped me and she was very informative and professional.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Only attended the Grease production, which I found a little too long and the Aqua show that was a little to quirky for our tastes. Performers were good but somewhat strange theme.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Grandsons aged 11 and 6 really enjoyed the children’s area and were able to make some friends onboard.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone we dealt with was professional and very accommodating.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Was really impressed with the cleanliness of such a large ship. Staff was constantly cleaning and wiping down areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This cabin is a Crown Loft Suite and it was fantastic. Two story with two bathrooms and perfect for a family.

Ship tip

Was leery to travel on a ship with so many people but afterbthe first day you wonder where everyone is at times. Really enjoyed all it had to offer.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
Just there to embark on ship.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

3 out of 5
No excursion. Not my favorite island to visit. Some shopping and the beach area by ship was packed with people. Would rather stay on ship.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
Too short a visit to San Juan and Puerto Rico. So much more see on this Island. Unfortunately half a day not enough.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

4 out of 5
No excursion. Family really enjoyed the beach area.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
A little hectic but for the suite passengers it was an express was to disembark.
