Review summary

This was a fabulous cruise. It was relaxing and the ship was beautiful. We had great service and great weather. We had an amazing time and will definitely go back on the Harmony again.

Embarkation

Perfect. It was fast and efficient.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food in the Windjammer Buffet was really good. it wasnt overly salty and there was a good variety of foods. The main dining room food was good. The menus are the same each cruise which is a bummer but overall the food is good. We order our food with no salt, low fat. We ate in the Wonderland specialty restaurant. I give the atmosphere and presentation a 5, but I give the food a 1. The food for instance was raw tuna, overly smoked hard boiled egg, and dry halibut. Everyone gets basically the same food, just the entrees you have a choice of. The chocolate lava cake was amazing but extremely sweet.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We did the pools, zipline, flow rider, the water slide and the Abyss. We enjoyed the activities. This ship had activities that the other ships dont have.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The ice show was amazing. The skating and the graphics on the ice were spectacular. We loved this show. The aqua show, in my opinion, was horrible. I would have walked out if I wasnt in the middle of the row. The performers couldnt dance and there was one performer who was in the middle of all the acts and was basically annoying. The show Columbus was excellent. The dancers were great and the scenery was amazing. The singing was also really good. The headliner, Ron Davis, a ventriloquist, was excellent. We really enjoyed his show. He was funny and very talented. The comedians were horrible. The female comedian didnt have her material prepared, she just talked to the audience and made fun of people. The male comedian's whole act was bashing Donald Trump. Its too bad he made his act political. People walked out which he then insulted them and took it way beyond casual ribbing. He was revolting and repulsive and Royal Caribbean should be ashamed of themselves for allowing him to perform on their ships.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The crew was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our cruise a happy and memorable one. SePaul our cabin attendant was excellent. He had things ready for us before we even asked. He kept the room spotless and gave us tips on the ships activities and the ports. Neeraj, the head waiter, was also amazing. We get special meals so he took care of our meals every night.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was clean. We always saw a crew member cleaning or wiping down the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

We love the Crown Loft Suite. Its like a small apartment. The bedroom is upstairs. On the upstairs level is a huge closet, a desk, and a full bathroom. On the lower level is also a full bathroom, living room, table with two chairs, and the balcony. Both levels have a flat screen tv.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
We didnt do an excursion in FL. We did stay overnight the night before the cruise.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
We love this port. We go to Barefoot Beach, a private beach for Sky and Star class guests. We rent an over-the-water cabana.

Falmouth, Jamaica

5 out of 5
We love this port. We have done a lot of the excursions ie: Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, water excursions, sight seeing, horseback riding, so now we just stay at the port and do some shopping.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
We enjoy this port too. Like Jamaica, we have done a lot of the excursions, so now we stay at the port and have lunch either at Senor Frogs or at Margaritaville. Then we do some shopping.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
We decided to disembark with the Concierge which was supposedly the quickest and easiest way to get off the ship. This time it wasnt. It took over an hour to disembark. Once off the ship, it was nice to bypass the long lines to get our luggage and to go through Customs.

Thank you for the heads up on the non-comedian. That’s disappointing. Personally I’m not a fan of any comedian poking jabs at either party. Makes me feel uncomfortable. I hope he won’t be there in June. 🙏🏻
